Welcome to 3belas's Management Board.

Apart from internally managing the running of the band, the Management Board is also the authority in managing 4 sub management departments. These departments exist because they are comprised of both the 3belas Management and the public. These departments aim to include the public in the workings of 3belas and thus making 3belas a more intimate and personalised part of the public. Furthermore, members are eligible for certain privileges (to be revised occasionally). To sign up as a member of a department simply click on its link above. Each department has its respective page sections and is accessible via the links above. Below is a summary of the four departments.

Street Team Promoters

Many bands have begun to seek the help of the public to promote its music and merchandise. 3belas's Street Team is no different. Street Team members consist of volunteers who assist the management in distributing flyers, leaflets and promo materials, and promote event updates through jungle drumming, ghost calls and word of mouth. Street Team Promoters are also eligible, if requested by the members, to be involved as part of the management crew as roadies and management staff.

E-Team Affiliates Program

A webmaster or blog owner can be an affiliate of 3belas by displaying 3elas's promo advertisements, links and/or reviewing and reporting on 3belas's events, products and merchandise. Membership in the e-team is subjected to approval as the individual's website will be checked for appropriacy and traffic. Once approved the member will be sent an E-Team package via email which will include access to the E-Team Affiliate visual links for webmasters' perusal.

Meladoria Orkestra Projekt

There is a plan in the pipeline to organise a 3belas concert where 3belas will perform alongside an orchestra and a choir ensemble. This project is called the Meladoria Orkestra Projekt and aims to gather musicians to be recruited into the orchestra. Due to Shai's active involvement in the Brunei Music Society, the Meladoria Orkestra Projekt will work closely with the Brunei Music Society and aims to promote talented local musicians.

Anak Anak 3belasan Club

Dewa has its 'Baladewa' and GIGI has its 'GigiKita. It is therefore fitting for 3belas to have a club where supporters of 3belas can convene and update each other regarding the band's progress as well as functioning as a club that deals and discusses about issues and agenda not related to 3belas. Anak Anak 3belasan members will receive certain privileges. There is a plan in the future to introduce a paying VIP Membership that will offer more privileges once a steady base for the club is established in terms of population and activities.
